4 days of GLBG Workshops, November 2014

This picture doesn't do these pendants justice. This is a small sample of what was created in Friday's class.

Helena H. And there was more pieces that didn't get in the photo!
Great classes with Helen Breil- we learned so many good techniques for working with polymer clay. Helen Breil's work is so elegant.

Here are some pictures of the wonderful pieces created over the 4 days of workshops - great work ladies! It was a pleasure! Also a big thank you to my sponsors: Van Aken for the Kato Clay, Aves Studio for the Apoxie Sculpt, Jacquard & Beadfx.com for the mica powders!

Jeanne Norman S. We enjoyed your classes, I really wish I didn't have to work and miss class on Saturday but I love the three days of your Workshops i did take, thank you.

Christine Wilson

We've spent an enriching three days learning and creating with Helen Breil. Many gorgeous creations are coming out of these workshops. As we close the week, I'd like to thank Helen for sharing her knowledge with us and the many volunteers who make these classes possible.

IPCA Workshops 2014

Hi Helen ... I loved your class and all of your demos.  My take aways were plentiful.  I had already gone through your book and loved making the pendant.  What I learned (that I really didn't know much about before) was using mica powders and two part epoxy.  I also loved learning about all of the things you can use texture for.  So all in all I was totally satistifed.

I especially loved your command of the class.  It was very organized... and you kept it going smoothly.  I have been in PC classes where it was just completely confusion and a free fall.  So this was lovely that you kept us all on track and all together and focused.

Great job!  I just loved it.

I liked your style of teaching. Most everything was precise and clear. The pace was good. Interesting selection of supplies. Relaxed atmosphere made it very pleasant.

It was a great workshop...and I’m glad I signed up for it.  Your teaching and the notes are very thorough and easy to follow.  Having the time to experiment was also beneficial.

The group was a lot of fun and the venue was perfect with all the light.  All in all a great week-end.

- it was all I expected it to be and more
